Kitchen

We support the Singapore Prison Service’s work programmes by operating central kitchens, in partnership with external vendors. These kitchens prepare daily meals for inmates and working staff all year round, while also serving as a training ground for inmates to gain first-hand experience on kitchen operations. All kitchens have been awarded Grade ‘A’ by the Singapore Food Agency (SFA) and are Halal-certified.
